Michael,
As I understand it, the special assessment included some extra funds to cover any additional problems that might arise during the work on the building...I can't remember how much of a cushion there was. Have the repairs gone smoothly so far and what are the chances the owners might recoup some of that money? Is that a decision made by the board? Also, I wasn't able to go to the last meeting...do you have the date for the next meeting.
