There was a 10% contingency factor. (10% of the tuckpointing portion of the
assessment-not the whole thing).

 I can't say what part--if any--will be factored into the final bill. It
will be a board decision after all vendors have been paid as to what to do
with any money left in the special assessment account after all is said and
done. However, at the time the assessment was passed, the board felt that
the amount would be refunded.
