I talked to Donna W. at First Properties last week and she indicated that we are not close to any resolution with USA Dish and the proposed end to our relationship with them. She suggested that I call Roddy and discuss this annual fee with him. I haven't done that yet and wanted to see if others had gotten the letter and if they had paid the fee. I have been here for 2 years and this is the first I have heard about an annual fee. I just didn't want to pay the fee if we were about to end our relationship with them.

I just got a phone call from Tammy Pavadore at EchoStar corporate...
EchoStar will not get involved and will not help anyone at Vanguard Lofts
until the dispute between USA Dish and the Home Owners Association is
settled. She suggests that you contact the members of the condo board and
the property management. If you contact Donna at First Properties she
might be able to tell you where we (Vanguard Lofts) stand as far as the
legal proceedings with USA Dish.

I haven't even lived her a year and it cost me 250.00 just to get dish
(deposit on my receivers?).
Before I pay another 'fee', can we at least demand decent equipment? Both
my
receivers are at least 5+ years old.
