Dear Residents, I inspected the building yesterday and noted that the gated
door inside the swing gate of the Throop side had been repaired. The latch
was missing.
I am also having a key opener installed on the swing gate of the remote lot.
Actually one has already been installed but the contractor put it on the
inside of the gate instead of the outside. It will be changed of course at
no charge to us.
Is there an area that I am missing or confused about, I found everything
operational on my inspection.
Your input is greatly appreciated.
