Subject: Visitor Parking

Question for the Condo Board and First Properties. What is the policy for
parking vehicles in the visitors parking spaces behind the building? Who
enforces the visitor parking? It appears that some people are using the
visitor parking as their own personal parking spaces. I've seen some
vehicles parked in these spots nightly. In particular, I always see a
white Ford Ranger truck with a ladder on top. It appears to be a work
vehicle of some sort and is parked in the visitor lot during the week and
on the weekends. Has anyone in the building made special arrangements to
use these parking spaces on a routine basis?
