The visitor parking spaces have been on the "honor system" since their
inception. Except for a couple of incidents, it's worked out pretty well.
The spaces are simply patroled by the owners themselves, and any signs of
abuse should be reported to management.

I will have Julio (maintenance) look for the vehicle in question and place a
warning sticker on it. If the pattern continues, we will have the vehicle
towed.
