Subject: Vanguard Lofts - Visitor Parking

First of all I would like to thank First Properties for distributing
information about the Visitor Parking Rules & Regulations to all residence
of Vanguard Lofts. The memo has been very effective. The white Ford
Ranger truck is no longer parking in the visitor lot.
As of 8:45 this morning, the silver Audi A6 4-door (Plate Number: WI
355-DLD) is still in the visitor parking lot. The car has been in the lot
for over 72 hours without moving. It is time to tow this vehicle and have
it removed.
