To summarize, here are the action items from all the recent email
discussions...
- The condo board needs to adopt an official Visitor Parking Policy that
will be enforced by residence, the condo board, and property management.
This will eliminate all "judgement calls".
- Proper signs need to be posted in the Visitor Parking indicating the
towing company name, location, and phone number for retrieval.
- We will wait for the silver Audi A6 4-door car (Plate Number: WI
355-DLD) to be removed from the lot. Once the car is removed it will be
on the list of vehicles that are permanently banned from parking in the
visitors lot.
- First Properties will tag the car with a sticker.
- The white Ford Ranger truck (Plate Number: IL 91 107 F) is permanently
banned from the parking lot.
- Until an official policy is adopted by the condo board, we will continue
to use the Visitor Parking Policy put forth by First Properties to all
residence of the building.
- Pictures of vehicles not complying with Visitor Parking Policy will be
posted to the Vanguard Lofts website
- The condo board needs to address the requests of having a keyed access
gate installed on the west side of the building.
- The access gate could possibly be installed next to the existing
motorized access gate on the west side of the building.
- Pet owners could easily enter and exit the secured lot from the
rear of the building without using the motorized access gate.
- Reduce the amount of traffic through the motorized access gate
on the west side of the building.
- The condo board needs to address the requests for higher wattage light
bulbs in the hallways in order to provide more light.
- The condo board is investigating what can be done with the parkways
around the building for beautification and reduction of pet waste.
