Thanks for that info, Michael -- It could be just careless movers.

I noticed that some residents had a problem getting in the back door;
The front inner door also seemed to have problems with the key not
retracting (or turning) properly. I wonder if these were related....??
Type-A agressive movers perhaps forcing locks or something?? Seems strange
that all this happened pretty much at once.
