I don't think anybody's answered this yet: Yes, you should be able to.
I haven't tried recently, and somebody can correct me here. I think
you put the tv on channel 13 (regular tv, not cable). Last I checked
we had, I think, quarter-screens of front/back area, elevators, and
storage room.
