Just a reminder - Vanguard Bylaws (guided by city ordinances and such)
prohibit putting anything in parking spaces other than vehicles.
Unfortunately, if anything other than a vehicle appears to be stored, 1P
will remove it and store it, and the owner of the space is subject to an
Association fine. It also means that the Association is at risk of various
sanctions if the city spots it.

If you have anything in your parking space that shouldn't be there, this
might be a good time to remove it.
