Attention Owners & Residents
There is a grey Honda Civic (Plate: IL 211 0118) parked in visitor parking
behind the building. The owner of this car has obtained permission from
the Vanguard Lofts Condo Association Board of Directors and Property
Management to use visitor parking until April 4th, 2007.
The Board of Directors and Property Management would like to encourage
residents to continue to monitor the visitor parking spaces behind the
building, but would encourage everyone to follow the proper procedure for
reporting all violations. Please contact Property Management and the
Board of Directors and allow us to document and tag all vehicles that do
not adhere to the rules and regulations established for visitor parking.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact the
Board of Directors and Property Management.
