Are you new to the building? For 4 years every summer
I had to recharge my AC because my AC guy thought
there was a leak in the line set. But last summer I
used a different guy, who removed a safety valve that
would leak out the freon every winter. You should
check you safety valve to see if it is oily, which
shows it leaked.
