I've been trying to do this for a couple weeks now. So please count me in for sure.
I had Sun Ray out a few weeks ago for a routine furnace cleaning, but since they did not have the proper insurance into First Properties, they could not access the roof to recharge the a/c. Joe Lara from First Properties recommended that I call All-Temp Chicagoland Heating and Air Conditioning (4363 W. Montrose, Chicago, IL 60641 (773)481-2000 or 1-800-ALL-TEMP) simply for the fact that their insurance was up to date with First Properties. I don't know anything about this firm. I don't know if there are any other firms with current insurance certifications with First Properties.
Whomever we call, make sure we five First Properties PLENTY of notice to ensure that things go smoothly. I think that the service person will need access to each individual apartment as well, but I might be wrong. I know the recharge itself is done from the roof.
I would also volunteer to make a few calls if necessary.

So that's at least 7. Anyone want to volunteer to make the calls? I can do
it but I'd prefer to have a few recommended shops before I start throwing
