Subject: Shutting windows in the rain

It might seem obvious, but people shouldn't leave windows or balcony
doors open when it rains. In a heavy rain, water coming into one unit's
windows or balcony doors can leak down into the units below, risking
serious damage. This occured in Monday's rain.
So, when you go out, if it looks like rain (or even if it doesn't), be
sure to shut your windows and doors.
