I left off a major rule from the last post:

Don't forget that ALL DOGS must be registered with first properties.
We recognize that the newer owners who own dogs, or people who get dogs
once the move in, don't have this as a top priority, but it's been
a long-standing rule. So, if you have a dog that's not registered,
contact First Properties:
