The USADish issues have become a bit more complicated. From what I can
see, it's basically a three-person operation, none of whom are available.
Roddy had cancer surgery and remains out for a while; I was informed
that Tom, his assistant, just retired and left the state for health
reasons, and apparently Saulius remains on vacation, but we're told
he will be back this week. In an email response to our concerns,
Roddy indicated that when Saulius will address some of the tech issues
"in a few days," which likely means next week.
There are few others issues that have just arisen that may allow the Board
to re-open exploration of options in dealing with the contract, which
expires at the end of August, 2010.
