Mike, this might be something you want to address privately, but if
you want to share publicly, it might be helpful to others:
1) How much were you charged by USADISH for the upgrade? Do you
have an itemized breakdown of the costs (eg, labor, hardware, etc)?
2) Could you share the issues you're having with service publicly with
us? Others might have, or might have had, a similar problem.
