A reminder!!
Dogs are not allowed in the front lobby or front elevator. They MUST
be taken out the rear doors. Exceptions are made when the rear
elevator is malfunctioning or when it is tied up because of a
scheduled move.
Dogs are NOT allowed in the mailroom. There is no reason, none, for
a dog to be in the mailroom. Period. No exceptions.
Above all: DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE MAILROOM AS THEIR CANINE
LITTER BOX! PERIOD! END OF STORY!! The resident who allowed their dog
to defecate in the mailroom about 6:30 this evening did not return to
clean it up. Thanks to the owner who took the initiative to remove it.
We are reviewing the security cameras and will contact the dog owner.
