Subject: USADISH update
Despite the written complaints addressed to the Board in recent weeks
indicating lack of response by USADISH, there is no indication from the
Brivo logs indicating the USADISH has come into the building since
September 14. This past week, the Board has moved forward with the next
step to rectify the service issues within 30 days.
It remains critically important, especially having taken this next step,
that you cc the Board any emails you send to USADISH and inform us of
any phone calls you make and the response to them.
If you're holding off on upgrading to HDTV until service issues are
resolved, please inform the Board of that as well, because this is an
important bit of information. I'm among those holding off because of
lack of service and one owner's problems with paying for the service in
August but not yet receiving it.
If you know of new owners not on the Vanguard mailing list who have
tried to get satellite service with no luck, please have them contact
us.
