Power went out in the neighborhood which included our building. I just spoke with Teddy and he confirmed that the key fob entry system should operate off the backup battery system. So that needs to be checked out seeing that the mechanism for reading the fob operates beeps and turns green the door latch/lock does not open. Seems like their are mutliple power sources or something was missed during installation.
