According to First Properties, there is an issue with the hot water
booster pump. AMS is on site right now and is investigating the
problem. We will pass on further information once we receive the
diagnosis.

Perhaps I missed some emails or some status about hot water being
shutoff, cutback or something. But in case I haven't has anyone been
having issues getting hot water lately? Saturday morning and this
morning I was not able to get any hot water. This is quite unusual. Are
we having some work done? Did anyone else experience this anamoly?
