I know your trying to manage a bad situation but obviously this is way out of hand and there's not going to be any resolution.

What's next are we going to have to start submitting phone records.

Here's a suggestion, everyone that has an issue work though one central contact on the condo board. At the next meeting let's take a list of the individual issues and complaints and someone sit down with Roddy to go through them one by one where this can be documented and tracked.

There's a lot of people who question the "no frills" amenities of the building and are looking for more value. Can we at least centralize this ongoing issue? Engaging one at a time hasn't been getting us anywhere.

When I call Dish Network they tell me the condo board needs to make the complaint.-----Original Message-----

We need date of contact, what the issue was, when a return call or
contact was made. We can't just tell that lawyer that "people are
complaining." It has to be documented.
