Canceling service will do nothing but prolong this! All the board needs to do is contact Dish Network and file a compliant with them!
The building needs to realize that Roddy (USA Dish) is a service provider, an independent provider of dish network! He does not work for Dish Network, and dish can pull his contract or service license if he is not representing them according!!!!
