Everyone,
If you have a balcony, you may leave your screen door unlocked. The window washers will slide the screen door over to clean your glass.
If you live on the first floor, or in units that have windows not facing a balcony (Units 01, 08, 09, 14, 15) you should remove your screens so the washers can have access. Sorry for the confusion.

I was thinking I could just leave my screen doors on but unlocked for the window washing. So, the cleaning people can push them to the side to wash the various window panels. Do I have to actually pull the doors out?Deborah 510
