I was just speaking w/ one of the guys with the decking company and they mentioned that was one of their personal vehicles. he said it was cleared by Warren fr First Props. I wasn't familiar w/ him and said he should call Donna.

All,
As a reminder, all visitor parking spaces are unavailable during the
duration of the 2008 Balcony Decking Replacement Project. Any
unauthorized vehicles found in these parking spaces will be towed at the
owners expense. Please inform your guests, house keepers, dog walkers,
contractors, etc.
We've had some instances of people moving the orange "no parking" traffic
cones to accommodate a motor vehicle. The visitor parking spaces are
being monitored and ALL unauthorized vehicles will be recorded, tagged,
and towed.
