We are still waiting for the contract to be signed. They claim that they
can't come into the building because of legal restrictions until
a contract is signed. They may or may not be correct, but this argument
doesn't seem convincing. I'll send out my response sent to them
this morning that illustrates where things stand. It seems that we're
very close, though.
