Subject: Rule enforcement time!!!

One of the less-pleasant tasks of being secretary is reminding us all
that there are some rather non-negotiable rules. Some people are
getting slack. So, here comes the rant:
1) DOGS: Does ARE NOT ALLOWED in the front lobby or elevator. Please
use the rear door. It doesn't matter if they're carried, rolled,
or in your backback - Please use the rear door!
2) DOGS (again): THE REAR ELEVATOR IS *NOT* A CANINE URINAL! If your
dog urinates in the elevator, well, accidents happen. But, you MUST
clean it up with water/bleach immediately! Period! The owner who
allowed their dog to urinate in the elevator failed to do this.
3) DOGS (yet again): The motor box for the rear parking lot gate is not
a urinal for a dog's 20 second whiz. Gently pull the dog to another
spot. Dogs must also be on a leash when their little paws are on the
ground.
4) GUEST PARKING: The guest parking spots are not there for the
convenience of owners. The silver car and black car that repeatedly
park there (won't name names) might consider stopping. Guests may park
for longer than 24 hours if they notify, and obtain permission from,
the condo Board. If those two (or other) cars continue to abuse the
spaces tonight or in the future, the owners will be fined.
5) BIKES: No bikes are allowed in the front lobby/elevator. Please
take them to the rear.
6) DOGS (redux): YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR DOGS!!! We'll give a grace
period until April 1, but unregistered dogs will get their owners
a fine after that.
7) GARBAGE & TRASH: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRASH BY THE GARBAGE CHUTES!
Take refuse to the bins outside.
8) BIKES (one more time): You must register your bikes. Some bikes
are turning up without registration. Grace until April 1. After that,
unregistered bikes will be removed and donated.
