The unpleasant side of doing Board business:
There have been some complaints of owners taking their dogs in/out of
the front lobby. Please - NO DOGS ALLOWED IN FRONT LOBBY! Use the
rear doors!
With warm weather, many of us are out on our bikes. No bikes in the
front lobby either. Please use the rear doors.
We assume some owners just forgot the rules. But, if it persists
and gentle reminders don't work, remember that there's a $50 fine for
the first offense.
