Everyone,
The bathroom vents are designed to run 24 hours a day by building code. There will be some sound from the air moving through the ductwork up to the roof, which is normal. This sound may increase when there are high winds outside and the exhaust fans speed up with the wind. If you hear any rattling or if the sound of the air flowing is extremely loud, let Donna at First Properties know so she can review the fan installation or turn down the air volume.
Many of the rooftop exhaust fans were not functioning for quite a while, and we recently had several replaced. Residents might not be used to the sound because their fans probably were not operating for several years.

We hear a humming noise coming from the vent in our bathroom. It increases in intensity from time to time. We are in Unit 514.
