When you notice such things, be sure to call First Properties and not
just report it to the list or the Board. We can contact them as well,
but it's quicker to go directly. Board members aren't on 24/7, and if
we don't use the rear elevator ourselves, we won't see it. When you
call a problem in, cc it to the Board so we have a record. We'll
report it as well, but if nobody else did, then 1P won't know about it.
