One would hope a rule of this nature would not be necessary, but there are a few dog owners who think their "children" are not governed by any rules, even those of common sense. And this is not directed to EVERY dog owner or just to dog owners who live in our building. So before everyone starts the process of crucifying me for my opinion, take a look around at the dog crap that doesn't get picked up, remember the grass and plants that wouldn't grow on the parkways in the past, and think of the numerous times when there has been dog piss in the elevator and even dog poop in the front lobby. Those events make it hard to deny that there are irresponsible dog owners who will never admit that they are wrong, no matter how many rules are enacted or how many other dog owners use common sense and are good neighbors.

Will someone please explain the associan rules concerning dogs? Are
they allowed to urinate within the confines of the gates or is this
against the rules?
Thanks,
Ian
