Ian,
Dog owners are required to make an effort to get their animals to the curb outside the gates. Just as residents and guests are not permitted to urinate behind the building, the same rules apply for pets.
We do acknowledge that pets sometimes have accidents, but responsible pet owners are required to clean up the mess. If you know of pet owner that is not making an effort to curb their animal, please send the information to the condo board in a private email. We'll be happy to have a talk with the owner and issue a fine.

Will someone please explain the associan rules concerning dogs? Are
they allowed to urinate within the confines of the gates or is this
against the rules?
Thanks,
Ian
