Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with their condo unit
front door locks. My bolt lock won't turn all the way so I can't lock
it. When I took a look at it, I saw that there is a good size crack
on the edge of the door where the lock is screwed into it, and wonder
if the separation in the wood there, rather than the lock itself is
the problem. I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem like
this and how they fixed it. I wanted to know before I call a
locksmith, only to find out it's not actually a lock problem.
