The number for Certified Heating is 847-966-1155.

Robin,

What type of issue are you having and what type of work has been performed.

Like anything mechanical there are several pieces that can fail. The most
common are pressure switches, ignitors and inducers. All three can cost
about $150 - $300 per trip.

Other factors that can play a role are:

   - Blower motors
   - Circuit board for controls

Given our units are 10 years old and the mounts are horizontal it is not
surprising that a number of people have been and will see issues. It is
just that time, plus I have been told by numerous individuals that
horizontally mounted units can be more problematic in the long run. That
said I have had similar issues with both vertically mounted systems and
horizontal systems so it kind of is what it is. Pieces wear out...that is
just a fact.
Anywho...hopefully certified can help.
