Good evening all,

It seems as if we are experiencing the same issue in apt #610. If it helps in determining a pattern, I thought I'd let you all know. If you could reply with the # I would greatly appreciate it as well!

Thanks,

Martin

Sorry to send the same request, but can I please have certified's number as well? My husband just got home and called to tell me that it's freezing in our place and that our heat isn't working.  Add unit # 708 to the list.  Thanks!

my issue was the same as Ian's.  Certified thought it was the vents on
the roof and only charged me $38 to reset my furnace.  How do I send a
copy of the receipt to the board?
