Does ANYONE know the number for an emergency or on-call plumber?
Once again, excess sewage water is flowing into MY kitchen sink, from the upstairs floors. I swear to God, since I've moved into this condo in 2006, it's just been one completely ridiculous problem after another. I've just about had it.
