We've used Sun Ray for the last 10 years: (708) 481-9150
In our experience, they're reliable, prompt, and reasonably priced.
If the company that Donna recommended was Assurance Air, she uses them
on many of the 1P properties (including Vanguard), and they're generally
reliable. If they haven't responded, keep calling and request to speak
to the owner.
Any HVAC company can service an owner's HVAC system as long as they
can document that they're bonded/insured. They must provide 1P with
the documentation before roof access is given.
