On May 12, 2000, Steve Mandell wrote First Properties a letter that
included the following:
"We anticipate closings to occur by the second week of June, therefore,
we will not be handing over any remote gate openers until the closings
have completed. In order to accommodate everyone, we will leave all
gates in the open position until all parking spaces are closed.

Despite owner queries, Rezmar remains silent. Perhaps Michael could
elicit a written explanation from Rezmar. Rezmar apparently has yet
to learn that a bit of honest communication, even if the content is
unfavorable, buys considerable good will. Sadly, Rezmar has come close
to exhausting the last of it's "good will" assets.
