Is there a possibility that maybe someone outside of our building is taking the papers? I left July 18th at 4:45 A.M. and there were only about 5 papers out there and I brought them all in. I don;t know how early the paper comes but it seemed like there were not many papers out there. I would like to believe that it is not our building neighbors that are stealing form each other but maybe it is. Just a thouhgt. Yolanda
