Do we know for sure that it is a DOG rather than a HUMAN that is peeing in
the elevator? From what I recall, all of these incidents have happened late
at night over the weekends....maybe we've had a few late-night partiers
leaving someone's loft who couldn't control themselves....there IS a
possibility that whoever is creating the damage doesn't even live in this
building (same goes for stolen newspapers)...and we should acknowledge the
fact that we can't control everyone's actions,whether they live here or
not...which of course, makes solutions harder to come up with and be
effective.....
