Thanks Michael. The problem is that the USPS seems to be foot-dragging,
and given the dishonesty of either our tenants or their guests, this
is a serious security issue. We all should take precations if we are
having checks or other valuables mailed to us.

The door is a different issue. That it's not shutting easily doesn't
absolve us from taking a few extra seconds and nudging it closed.
I saw two fellows from the first floor last week waltz through without
even pausing to see if shut, and they were indifferent when it was
pointed out to them.
