When I saw the "F _ _ _ You" words on the sign yesterday, as a Board Member, I
felt really defeated. We (the Board and most owners) are working hard to
improve the appearance and upkeep of the building. I don't understand how an
owner can want to deface his own property. His own dollars are going for the
upkeep of the building. Maybe he doesn't have any pride in where he lives or
how it looks or himself for that matter. He obviously doesn't know how to
live or be part of a community. In that case, he should move out as he
suggested in an anonymous memo. It's scary that we have an adult in the
building with a child mind. Unfortunately I do know who this person is and he
does have email and no he doesn't pick up after his dog. I guess he doesn't
know others can see him. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can deal
with this person other than to start to fine him? Maybe he doesn't realize
that dogs could have been (and still can be) voted out of the building. I'm
terrified to think what he would do if that happened if this is his reaction
to not being able to use the front of the building for his dog.

Any thoughts?

Debra

attempt to remove it tonight with a special solvent. I will also have another
