Sometimes it is necessary to wash the deck or the doors out to the balcony. Being a good neighbor means we would contact the people below us (for at least two floors) and let them know that we will be washing at a particular time on a particular day so they can move themselves or anything that might be damaged by the water that cannot help but drip down. Maybe we should designate a certain day each month for these chores so those who wish to wash their windows or balcony can do so and everyone will know that there might be water coming down on those days.
Both cars on Throop have been reported to 311.
