As a person who was on the receiving end of the water pouring down from #701
on
Sunday afternoon, this wasn't just an incidental run off of water as a result
of washing
the deck or the windows. This appeared to be a bucket of detergent laden
water
dumped on the deck gushing down through the slats unto deck furniture, and my
carefully planted and tended flower boxes.
We always try to be very careful when washing windows or watering plants.
Sometimes accidents still happen, but this was something else entirely.
There should be some rules governing washing decks with rule #1 being:
Do not dump pails of dirty soapy water on the the deck!
