I interpreted what I read in the Condominium Property Act of the State of Illinois to mean that any meeting required to be open by the act had to be posted for all owners (not just the Board). Whose responsibility it is for posting such a notice is not mentioned and the board has been diligent in the past about getting out the word.
The wording I interpreted is from Section 18(a)(1)(9). I may have misread it, but others may wish to see what it says and figure out what it means for themselves. See the site:
