Michael is correct. He never actually told me that I should have figured out that his percentage quoted was incorrect. I simply assumed this was what he was trying to say to me when he wrote the following in three different e-mails:
"The dollar amount is the same, though. All of the math was done on the Excel spreadsheet, (you have a copy)"
"The increase to you and every owner (in dollars and cents) was spelled out in the spreadsheet that broke it down unit-by-unit" (n.b. I cannot remember getting nor can I find this spreadsheet. [If I had gotten it I guess I would have noticed that my assessment went up $60 before I received the new coupon book] but I will give him the benefit of my doubt)
"Again, the increases (in dollar amounts) that I spelled out in another spreadsheet that we all had at the meeting are the same"
I guess I jumped to the conclusion that he was telling me that since he gave it all to me I should have read the stuff more closely. I am sorry that I misunderstood.
Mary
