Subject: Tuesday's Board Meeting

Just wanted to pass along a "thanks" to the board for making it very
apparent to the owners that their presence was necessary. This meeting was
extrememly helpful in understanding the issues that our board is currently
facing. It was also extremely beneficial to have our attorney there to
discuss with all of us our options and next steps.
