The board needs to approve a proposed $5,000
replacement circuit board that will be given to
Vanguard on a trial basis. If it does not work, we
will not be charged, if it does work the bill will
need to be paid. This is a part only charge...no
labor charges will be billed to Vanguard. I beleive
the board is calling an emergency meeting to approve
the measure.
Once I get the go ahead, the elevator company will be
able to provide us with an expected completion date.
As of right now, however, a date is not available. As
soon as I recieve any information, a notice will be posted.
