Mary,
I guess I am one of the 30 or so owners (according to Michael) who had their tax bill forwarded to them by First Prperties last year, which is where I saw the PIN for my parking space for the first time. I knew this was for the parking space because someone had handwritten "P96" on the bill (and it was a different PIN number than for my unit). Since last fall, which was after I had changed my address for the parking space tax bill, I have been receiving two separate tax bills (one for the unit, one for parking).
